We strive to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Standard Orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Personalized Items typically ship within 5–7 business days, depending on design complexity.

Transit times vary by destination and are in addition to processing times. All orders ship from Massachusetts.

If you have a deadline or need your order by a specific date, just let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for non-custom items within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is provided.

Exclusions

Custom-Made Purchases:
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, all sales of custom or made-to-order products are final. This includes but is not limited to items with custom designs, monograms, or specific configurations requested by the customer.

We encourage customers to carefully review their custom order details before completing the purchase. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us before placing your order.

Return Process

To initiate a return for eligible items, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support team at returns@racquetandpaddleco.com to obtain a return authorization.
Securely package the item and include the return authorization number.
Ship the package to the return address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Allow 10 days for your return to be processed once we receive proof of return.
